Notes/Tips:
I used gourmet garden herb and garlic paste. If you don’t have access to pastes you can make your own. For mixed herb paste you can either use pesto and add chopped parsley to it. Or you can make a paste of grinding fresh basil, parsley with little oil. For garlic just grind it up till smooth.
I used gourmet garden lightly dried basil. If you don’t have lightly dried basil, you can use chopped fresh basil or dried basil. Fresh basil gives a better flavor then dried herbs.
Do not mix the cream cheese in the beginning until it roasted with the garlic till step 10.
Make sure the pasta is covered with liquid before baking.
Make sure you cover the baking dish in the first bake so it helps the pasta cook.
Don’t skip stirring the pasta as it helps it cook evenly and not stick to the pan.
