Jalapeño Popper Bombs

A flaky buttery bomb filled with creamy cheese with a kick of spice, doesn’t that sound like perfection! These jalapeño popper bombs are so good and I always make these with leftover croissant dough. Cheesy and spicy in the perfect amount this recipe is a perfect snack or appetiser recipe. It is also so easy to make and everyone loves it! You can’t go wrong with it. You can make these with puff pastry sheets as well and they are equally good. I make these a mini size for parties using a mini muffin pan. They are so versatile!

Happy Cooking!
