Happy Cooking!

Servings: 6-8 domes

Prep Time: 10-15 mins

Freezing Time: 6-8 hours

Total Time: 8 hours

Ingredients:

  • 16-18 oz greek yogurt; I used nonfat blueberry, mango, and strawberry yogurt

  • 1/2-2/3 cup mixed nuts and raisins

  • 6-8 digestive biscuits- check notes

Directions:

  1. Use a silicone semi-circle mold to make the domes.

  2. Put about 1-1.5 tbsp of the nut raisin mixture on the bottom of the mold.

  3. Put greek yogurt in the mold over the nuts. Do not mix or press down, just even out the top part.

  4. Place a biscuit over the yogurt and press down slightly.

  5. Place the mold in the freezer and let it freeze for 6-8 hours till is it solid.

  6. Unmold them carefully.

  7. Let it sit for 10 mins at room temperature and then enjoy!

Notes/Tips:

  • If you have plain greek yogurt you can add any chopped fruits to add flavor to it and customize it.

  • I used a mixture of pecans, pistachios, almonds, cashews, and walnuts.

  • Get biscuits that are the size that would fit in the semi-circle base.

  • Keeping it out for 5-10 mins helps to soften it slightly making it easier to cut.

  • Whole milk greek yogurt is less icy than nonfat greek yogurt.
