Desi Naan Butter Board

Butter boards are the hottest food trend right now and this is my version with a desi twist making it inspired by Naan. Butter naan is obviously so popular but this board has toppings of other common naans and more. I like to serve it with crispy naan bites making it so fun. A board layered with softened (Amul) butter layered with toppings like roasted minced garlic chopped chilis, coriander, chopped cashews, tutti frutti, and chutneys! It’s so fun to scrape the butter with all the toppings and enjoy it with crispy naan!! Great to make at parties or when you have friends over.

Happy Cooking!

Notes/Tips:

  • You can make the naan bites and keep them in an airtight container for 3-4 days.

  • Ideally use unsalted Amul butter.

  • You can spread butter directly on the board if you want. I like to spread it over a parchment so there is no messy cleanup.

  • I would recommend the naan bites over bread with the toppings of this board.

  • If you don’t want to add tutti frutti you can skip it.
