Ingredients:
Jalapeno Popper Canape:
About 2.5-3 oz cream cheese softened
1 jalapeno cut finely (you can remove the seeds if you dont like too much spice)
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cumin powder
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese to garnish
About 10-12 ritz (or monaco) biscuits
Elote Canape:
About 2.5-3 oz cream cheese softened
1/3 cup corn kernerls (i used roasted corn kernels)
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp oregano
Coriander leaves to garnish
About 10-12 ritz (or monaco) biscuits
Tomato Cucumber Cananpe:
About 2-2.5 oz cream cheese softened
2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
3-4 grape tomatoes cut into thin slices
1/2 small cucumber cut into very thin strips
About 10-12 ritz (or monaco) biscuits
Directions: You can make the toppings and keep it ready from before. Assemble just before serving so it stays cripy for longer.
Jalapeno Popper Canape:
In a bowl add the softened cream cheese, jalapeno, and spices. Mix together till evenly combined.
Pipe it over crackers as you like. I like to pipe these in lines.
Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
Its ready to serve!
Elote Canape:
In a bowl add the softened cream cheese, corn, and spices. Mix together till evenly combined.
Pipe it over crackers as you like. I like to pipe it as a blob in the middle.
Garnish with coriander leaves.

Tomato Cucumber Cananpe:
Cut the tomatoes in thin slices. Roll the cucumber slices to make small spirals.
Pipe cream cheese over the cracker. I like to pipe it as a spiral.
Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the cream cheese.
Place a tomato and cucumber spirals over the cream cheese.
Its ready to serve!
Notes/Tips:
You can use any crackers you like. I like to use Ritz because of the salty buttery flavor it adds.
Use softened cream cheese!
Piping bags make it easier to assemble but you can use a knife/spoon as you like.
