Happy Cooking!
Servings: 12 -15 pizza rolls
Prep Time: 20-30 mins
Cooking Time: 15-20 mins
Total Time: 45-50 mins
Ingredients:
450g pizza dough
1 cup coriander chutney
250g fresh mozzarella or shredded mozzarella
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Preheat the oven to temperature needed to cook pizza dough, as per pizza dough package instructions.
On a floured surface roll out pizza dough into a lage rectangle, about 1/6th inch thick.
Leaving an inch all around the edges, spread coriander chutney all over the dough.
Place/spread mozzarella cheese over the chutney.
From one long end, roll the dough into a log, like you would for a cinnamon roll.
Cut it in equal pieces about 1 inch wide.
Place on a lined baking tray or place each piece in a cupcake hollow of a cupcake tray. If you place on a tray, place it away from each other as it spreads. If you place on a cupcake tray grease the hollows.
Lightly brush olive oil over the pizza rolls.
Sprinkle chaat masala and chili flakes over it.
Bake according to pizza dough instructions till the centre is cooked through. It would take about 12-15 mins.
Serve with a chili sauce.
Notes/Tips:
Make sure you read the instructions of your pizza dough package. Most of them will need you to take it out 20 mins before using, etc.
You can use store bought or home made coriander chutney. Make sure it’s not too liquid which can leave the pizza dough uncooked.
I like using fresh mozzarella cheese over shredded for the insane cheese pulls.
Store them in an airtight container to prevent it from dying out.
You can assemble and chill the unbaked rolls in the fridge for a day. Take it out thaw slightly and bake. This helps with prep.
