10 min Corn & Onion Dip
This corn & onion dip is the quickest dip you can make that is also so tasty and no one will guess it took you less than 10 mins! It’s creamy but also got so much flavor. You just need to mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve it with whatever chips and crackers you have in land, especially Lays Chips! This is perfect for when you have last-minute guests over or just have too much going on or even if you just don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen (which happens to everyone, including me!) This dip is something to keep in mind for sure, you won’t know when it’s going to be so helpful.
Happy Cooking!

Serve with any or a combination of chips!
Notes/Tips:
Make sure the cream cheese is softened or it won’t mix well.
Use the best quality mayonnaise available to you!
I like the greens of the scallions and not the whites since they can be overpowering.
Lemon juice adds a freshness to the dip so don’t skip it.
It lasts well in the fridge for 4-5 days in an airtight container.
If you don’t have ranch seasoning you can use this mix -1 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp oregano flakes, 1 tsp Salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp Pepper
