Taco Bell Board

A Taco bell board is an elevated grazing board of all your taco bell favorites perfect for Friends giving, game day, movie day, or an evening with your friends. I used cheesy fiesta potato to fill tarts, topped crackers with beans, made skewers with quesadillas, crispy pinwheels made with roll-ups, and more! Obviously, I had to include Mexican pizzas on the board! This board is so easy to make and you and your friends can get together and make this. I was inspired by Darinas board idea to make this! If you love Taco Bell this is for you!!

Happy Cooking!

Servings: 6-8 people

Prep Time: 20-25 mins

Cooking Time: 5-10 mins

Total Time: 35-45 mins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cheesy fiesta potatoes

  • 6-8 small tart shells

  • 1 cheese quesadilla

  • 1 Mexican pizza

  • 8-9 crackers like ritz or monaco

  • 1 side of pinto beans and cheese

  • 1 nacho fries with cheese sauce

  • 1-2 cheesy roll up

  • 1 chipotle sauce

  • 1 spicy ranch

  • 1 creamy avocado sauce

  • A lot of hot sauce

  • A lot of fire sauce

  • A lot of mild sauce

  • A lot of Diablo sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment.

  2. Empty the 4 hot sauces into different bowls. I like to keep one packet of each unopened to place near the corresponding bowl.

  3. Cu the cheesy roll up into smaller pieces and gently press to make them stable. Brush some hot sauce over it and place them on the prepared tray. Bake at 350F for 4-5 mins till toasty!

  4. Mix one portion of the cheesy fiesta potatoes and fill it in tart shells. Top it with a dollop of avocado sauce or chipotle sauce.

  5. Mix the beans and cheese together. Top it on the crackers. Top with a dollop of ranch sauce.

  6. Further slice each quesadilla slice in half. Take a long toothpick and place a potato through it. Take a cut slice of the quesadillas and roll it over itself and place threw the toothpick. Place another potato through it again. Repeat for all slices, you should have 8-10 skewers.

  7. Cut the Mexican pizza slices halfway to make 8 pieces.

  8. Arrange all the hot sauces on the board with the corresponding unopened packets. Arrange all the prepared items - tarts, crackers, skewers, baked pinwheels, and Mexican slices as you want on your board around the sauce bowls.

  9. Fill up the empty areas with nacho fries and you can top with dollops of nacho cheese.

  10. Serve and enjoy!

Notes/Tips:

  • Try to assemble everything just before serving as some of the things like Mexican pizza will get soggy.

  • You can use tart shells that are store-bought or make your own. Recipe here.

  • You can even cut up a crunchwrap into small triangles and add.

  • You can even add nacho chips.
