Mom’s 15 min Paneer

This is my Mom’s 15 Minute paneer recipe. She would make this when we would travel & had a long day, especially our Disney trips. It is a very nostalgic recipe for me. This recipe takes 15 minutes from start to finish & does not need much prep. I make this dish when i have had a long day or just in a rush. It is so easy to make and quite yum! This recipe will really help you during those crazy days.

Happy cooking!

Notes / Tips

  • If you want to make this Jain- omit the ginger garlic paste and onions.

  • Make sure to keep stirring while adding the milk so that it does not split.

  • Coating the paneer cubes with gravy helps it soaking up the flavour. This helps as we are not cooking the paneer for long.

  • You can add 2 tbsp of cream if you would like to make it richer.

  • Make sure the ketchup is cooked well so it does not have the overpowering taste of ketchup in the final product.

  • Add some chopped coriander for added flavour.
