I air fried these triangles to get it super crispy and the cheese so melty! Every bite is crispy, flaky and filled with melted spicy cheese. These are are a great snack for tea time or appetizers at a get together. You can’t go wrong with this appetizer recipe. Who doesn’t love parathas and cheese?

  12. Serve with a chili tomato sauce.

Notes/Tips:

  • I used a flaky onion malabar paratha.

  • Fill in as much cheese as you can.

  • If you want to bake it, bake at 380F for 18-24 mins, flipping it midway. You can also grill it on a pan.

  • Be sure to brush the oil on outside and inside which helps make it crispier and cook well.

  • Seal it well before cooking.

  • You can fill and seal these and keep it ready in the fridge or freezer. Cook it just before serving. Do not thaw! It will need to cook for 3-4 mins more if frozen.
