200-250g bourbon biscuits
Your favorite Brownie recipe or 1 pack of brownie mix of your choice

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a baking tray or dish and line it with parchment on the base, greasing it.
Open the brownies and place a layer of the halved brownies on the base of the pan. Keep them close to each other. i used about 25-28 biscuits.
To the brownie batter, crush and add about 15-18 biscuits. Mix it well.
Pour the brownie batter over the bourbon biscuit base.
Bake as per the brownie recipe/box instructions.
Cut and serve! These can last 4-5 days cling-wrapped and kept airtight in a cool place.
Notes/Tips:
Follow the instructions for the brownie recipe or brownie box.
Make sure the base has bourbon biscuits spread evenly throughout so that each brownie gets the crust.
While mixing the brownie batter with bourbon biscuits don’t over-mix it, just mix till combined.
Don’t overbake the brownies otherwise the bourbon biscuits can get chewy.
